Welcome to episode 15! In this episode I’ll be talking about the obvious: It’s hot in Texas. Do you know the difference between heat exhaustion and heat stroke? I’ll cover what to look out for, and I’ll give you some of my favorite ways to stay hydrated out on the trail.
This is also episode 15 of the second season, and therefore it’s the last episode of the season! I’m going to take a bit of a breather before season three because I really want to focus on the storytelling of my friends, and anyone out there that wants to share their story.
If you or someone you know has a great outdoor story, an outdoor organization, or campaign send them my way! I’d love to hear about what they have to say. It doesn’t even need to be Texas.
