The 21st century has created the instant-gratification movement. But is photography ruining the outdoors? We want to enjoy nature, just like people want to enjoy concerts or their food, but we are compelled to share it with the world. Is it because we want to, ahem, hashtag: humblebrag? Super interesting video. I’ve never really thought about the impact social media is having on our wild areas, but I know it has changed my personal habits in a lot of ways. It’s sad.
